1. Acceptance of the terms
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website, platform and services provided by Diverti Tickets Comercialização de Ingressos Ltda., CNPJ 20.959.269/0001-07 ("Diverti Tickets"). By accessing the website, creating an account or making a purchase or reservation, you agree to these Terms, to our Privacy Policy and to our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. About our services
Diverti Tickets sells tickets and reservations for attractions, events, tours and parking, and provides ticketing software and equipment to operators. In most sales we act as an intermediary between customers and third-party providers — parks, attractions, event organizers, tour operators and parking operators ("Partners") — who are responsible for delivering the experience purchased.
3. Account registration
To make a purchase you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide true, accurate and up-to-date information;
- Be at least 18 years old or be assisted by a parent or legal guardian;
- Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use;
- Be responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
4. Purchases and reservations
- Prices, service fees, taxes and payment conditions are clearly displayed before payment is completed;
- A purchase or reservation is confirmed only after payment is approved;
- Date-specific tickets, tours and parking reservations are valid only for the date and time selected, unless otherwise stated;
- Purchase limits per buyer may apply, as defined by the Partner;
- Orders may be cancelled if we detect signs of fraud, irregular payment or violation of these Terms.
5. Tickets, vouchers and entry
- Tickets and vouchers are issued electronically with a unique QR code or code. Each code can be validated only once;
- Do not share images of your tickets on social media or with third parties — copies can be used by others before you;
- An official photo ID may be required at the entrance;
- Half-price tickets (meia-entrada) and other discounted categories require presentation of a valid supporting document at the entrance, according to Law No. 12,933/2013 and applicable rules. If the document is not presented, entry may be denied or the price difference may be charged;
- Rules of each park, venue, tour or parking lot — such as height or age restrictions, safety instructions and opening hours — are defined by the Partner and must be observed.
6. Transfer and resale
Tickets and reservations may not be resold for profit. Transfers are permitted only when offered by the platform or authorized by the Partner. Tickets obtained through unauthorized resale, fraud or in violation of these Terms may be cancelled without refund, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Partner responsibilities
Partners are responsible for the experience itself, including operation, content, schedule, safety, permits, accessibility and any changes or cancellations. Diverti Tickets is responsible for the operation of the sales platform and for processing tickets, reservations and refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy.
8. Software licensing and equipment rental
Ticketing software licenses and equipment rentals for businesses are governed by specific contracts signed with each client. In case of conflict, the specific contract prevails over these Terms.
9. Prohibited conduct
When using our services, you must not:
- Use automated tools, bots or scripts to purchase tickets or access the platform;
- Provide false information or use third-party payment methods without authorization;
- Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website;
- Copy, reproduce or commercially exploit content from the website without authorization.
10. Intellectual property
The Diverti Tickets brand, logo, software, layout and content of this website belong to Diverti Tickets Comercialização de Ingressos Ltda. or are used under license, and are protected by law. Names, images and trademarks of Partners belong to their respective owners.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Diverti Tickets is not liable for damages resulting from: acts of Partners; changes, delays or cancellations of events, attractions or tours; temporary unavailability of the website due to maintenance or events beyond our control; or misuse of tickets and accounts by the user. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights guaranteed to consumers by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).
12. Cancellations and refunds
Conditions for cancellation, withdrawal and refunds are described in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
13. Changes to the terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be published on this page with the date of the last update. Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of the consumer's domicile, as provided by the Consumer Protection Code, or, when there is no consumer relationship, in the courts of the city of Indaiatuba – SP.
